To allow MDT to process your return efficiently, we require
the following.
We
require:
A printed copy of your return request email.
A printed copy of MDTs response confirming permission to
return.
A copy of the delivery note that was included in the original
parcel containing your order. Please do not send any products back to MDT without
confirmation. View details and submit return
request
Packaging: Please include
the required documentation above before sealing.
On the front of the package please write your order and
customer number (preferably at the lower left)
On the reverse side of the package, please write your address with
the header "Sender".
