Should you receive an order which you are not happy with MDT will accept return of the item within 28 days as long as it is unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. When returning items ordered in error please ensure a note is enclosed giving the reason for return and the original dispatch/order note number.

Please note: MDT is aware that some items will be delivered without shrink wrap due to the standard music manufacturing processes in their country of origin.

 

 

If you are returning any item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the cost of return postage.  Otherwise you will be responsible for the charges in connection with your purchase.

 

 

If the product is defective we will replace it with another copy when possible.  We will refund the purchase price and cost of return shipping in the event that a replacement is not available.  Refunds will only be made when the returned item has satisfactorily been received by MDT.  When returning a defective item please state the exact nature of the fault (including track, time and fault) in order that we can check the fault on our equipment before a refund/replacement.  Please note that we require notification/receipt of defective items within 28 days of purchase.

From Receipt of your return please allow 7 working days for processing.

 

We cannot take any responsibilty for non-delivered returns to MDT. Please claim from your postal service in the event of your return not being delivered to MDT.

 

Cancelling an Item

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery.  This applies to all our products.  However, we regret we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for purchases of compact discs, videos, DVDs and other pre-recorded audio products where the item has been unsealed for use or played in any way.
