This is a release of the two Mozart Concertos performed by Sviatoslav Richter, the English Chamber Orchestra and Benjamin Britten, which came out on the BBC's “Britten The Performer” series (now deleted) and has been released on BBC Legends due to consumer demand. Mozart’s Adagio & Fugue from the same series is also included.

 

The original stereo tapes have been used for remastering to produce a more consistent sound and to reveal Richter's unparalleled performances.
