Telarc’s Bella Espana is the third in a series of classical compilations marketed to the mainstream consumer. Bella Espana is the follow-up to two previous releases in the series; Bella Tuscany (2004) and La Belle France (released in the Spring of 2005.)
Bella Espana includes music from some of the greatest Spanish composers as well as composers that were inspired by Spanish music, including Rodrigo, Bizet, Albéniz, Tárrega, de Falla and Granados. The disc features nearly sixty minutes of great Spanish classics and is perfect for the newcomer to classical music as well as the seasoned listener.
