Paul Graener, a German composer who moved to London and obtained British citizenship, later became a member of the Nazi party. He never renounced his British citizenship and his music merits broad attention. His music is anything but martial or nationalistic; it is the work of a late romanticist with a strong inclination toward French impressionism.
