Friends of the operetta have something to celebrate! More than 50 recordings of the most famous operettas are compiled in this box. All great operettas, such as “White Horse Inn”, “Black Forest Girl”, “The Merry Widow”, “Orpheus in the Underworld” or “The Land of Smiles” can be heard in this box.

The selected works offer a wide range of 60 years of music history, from the high period of the 1870s to the 30s of the 20th century. You´ll not only discover the famous stars of the operetta like Anneliese Rothenberger or Peter Alexander, but also a new generation of singers, whose fame is grounded in appearances at radio shows and operetta performances. Also, Peter Anders and Rudolf Schock can be heard with stunning interpretations of popular works.
